What methods of payment are accepted?

Bonifico, PayPal o contrassegno in cash or by cheque. For PayPal please write it in the notes at the checkout. Also to pay the courier by cheque please notify us by writing in the notes.

How do I place an order?

To place an order you need to be register and wait for the account to be approved. After placing items in the cart follow the steps at the checkout. After order is placed you will receive an email confirmation with the details of your order and payment instructions if paying by bank. We aim to ship all orders within one business day of being received. Or if paying by bank as soon as we receive the payment. Please allow a full business day for the bank transfer to appear in our bank account. You can send us the proof of payment to ship the order faster.

How can I view the prices of products?

Only registered users can see the prices. Only customers with a commercial activity within the sector can register

Is shipping anonymous? How are the products packaged?

Shipping is not anonymous. All orders are shipped in non-branded cardboard boxes with details of the sender on the shipping label

Is it possible to track the parcel?

Yes, once your order is shipped you will receive a confirmation email from us and an email confirmation from the courier (BRT) with a link to track the parcel / estimated delivery.

It is possible to collect the package from a BRT branch. Please specify which branch when making the order.

Can I order from abroad? In which European countries?

Yes only within Europe. The list of countries we ship to is visible at the customer registration page. If your country is not listed then please contact us to verify if shipping is possible. Is it possible to make a return? How does it work?

Yes. You can return any item that is in its original condition within 14 days of receiving the goods. Please email us to arrange the return. If a product is received damaged or is defective then please contact us to arrange a refund or exchange.

How long does it take to get a refund for a return? How are refunds made?

Please allow 1-2 working days to process the return. A refund can be made by bank transfer or credit to be deducted from your next order.

Do vaporizers come with a warranty?

Flowermate, Storz & Bickel, and Tsunami vaporizers come with a manufacturers warranty that can be activated after purchase by the customer. The details are found inside the box. The proof of purchase must be retained by the customer in order to activate the warranty / make a claim.

No we only operate online. However we attend several trade shows each year throughout Italy and Europe where you can
