Shipping costs and times in Italy
The COURIER we use is the BRT express courier.
Shipping times in Italy are usually 24 hours, or 48 hours for Sardinia, Sicily, Calabria, some other southern areas and other islands.
We try to send shipments within 24 hours of receiving your order or payment, but processing times can take up to 48 hours. In case of delay you will be contacted.
Shipping costs exceeding the minimum order of €125 amount to €7. Shipping is free for orders over €250.
EU Shipping Costs and Times
The couriers we use for international shipments are DPD or UPS. Delivery times vary from country to country, but orders usually arrive within 2-4 days in most of the EU.
Shipping costs outside Italy are calculated after receiving the order, based on the size and weight of the packages.
Within a few hours of receiving your order, we will send you a proforma with the calculated shipping costs and the total of your order. Please wait to receive the proforma before submitting payment.
Payment methods
We accept payments by bank transfer or cash on delivery in Italy. Payment can also be made by credit card. If you pay by credit or debit card, we will send you a payment link once your order is finalized.
Payment Method - International
Payments from abroad can be made by bank transfer. We will send you the proforma to make the payment after your order has been prepared.
You can pay for an order by bank transfer, credit card, debit card, prepaid card or cash on delivery (Italy only). If you wish to pay with PayPal please indicate this in the notes at the time of purchase.
To place an order, you must first register and wait for your account to be approved. After placing items in your cart, follow the steps at checkout. Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details followed by payment instructions.
We normally try to dispatch all orders within one working day of receiving payment. Please note that, in the case of a bank transfer, the payment can take up to 24 hours to appear in our account. To process your order quickly, you can send us the copy of your payment.

Yes, we ship all over Europe. You can see the list of countries that we ship to on the registration page. If you don't find your country listed, please contact us to verify if shipping is possible.
